Who you're buying from. The Japan Move Plan is sold by MJH Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company (17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220 #34969, Houston, TX 77064, USA; support@mattjhannan.com).

What you get. Access to the Japan Move Plan web app. It's a digital product, in English. Nothing is shipped.

Price. $9.99 USD, paid once, plus any tax shown at checkout. There's no subscription.

Access. After checkout, sign in with the email address you used to pay. Access lasts as long as the Japan Move Plan is offered.

Personal use. Your purchase is for you (and anyone moving with you). Please don't resell, republish or share your login publicly.

Refunds. If the plan doesn't help you plan your move, email support@mattjhannan.com from the address you used at checkout within 30 days of purchase, and I'll refund your $9.99.

What the plan is, and isn't. It's planning help based on my research and experience, not a promise of a school place or a visa. Schools, landlords, airlines and Japanese authorities make their own decisions and change their rules, so check anything important with them directly.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, MJH Media LLC's total liability to you for the plan is limited to what you paid for it ($9.99). Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, subject to the consumer rights above.

Changes. If I change these terms, the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
